Our client is hiring a dynamic Director of Talent Acquisition, who will provide strategic candidate attraction, engagement, recruitment, and retention solutions to increase revenue across Ontario, while managing a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors.

Our client is hiring a Director of Talent Acquisition for their North York location.

Director Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors who are responsible for full-cycle recruitment
\xc2\xb7Ensuring the TA team coordinates with the internal account managers to ensure client demands are met.
\xc2\xb7Driving security clearance and background check process for candidates and corporate staff, including vulnerable sector checks RAIC, public works clearances, and transport security clearances.
\xc2\xb7Ensuring successful internal employees are professionally uniformed and equipped with all safety equipment.
\xc2\xb7Accountable for inventory management and control of uniforms and supplies.
\xc2\xb7Lead TA Manager, responsible for corporate hiring for Toronto, identifying top talent to exceed client staffing solutions.
\xc2\xb7Provide an exceptional employment experience for candidates from start to finish.

Director of Talent Acquisition Qualifications:
\xc2\xb75-6 years of experience leading a high-volume recruitment team
\xc2\xb7Preferably a minimum of 8 years in talent acquisition from a staffing/recruitment firm
\xc2\xb7A strong business acumen, consulting skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to any changes necessary by developing new solutions and strategies for the TA team.
\xc2\xb7Creative thinker with a strategic mindset along with the ability to keep up with the changes in the candidate market.
\xc2\xb7Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role, effectively coaching and mentoring a team.
\xc2\xb7Experience in a customer-facing / consumer service industry.
\xc2\xb7Bachelor\'s Degree is preferred.
