Alors que Beco poursuit son expansion, nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) Directeur(trice) des ressources humaines strategique et axe(e) sur les personnes pour rejoindre notre equipe de direction.Cette personne agira a titre de conseiller(ere) de confiance aupres de la direction et jouera un role cle dans la structuration de l'organisation, le developpement des equipes et la culture d'entreprise, a mesure que nous developpons plusieurs categories de produits.

Responsabilites principales :



Collaborer directement avec la direction et les proprietaires pour aligner la strategie RH avec les objectifs d'affaires et la croissance a long terme

Diriger le developpement et la mise en oeuvre de strategies RH efficaces a travers l'organisation, incluant la planification de la main-d'oeuvre, la structure organisationnelle et le developpement du leadership

Superviser toutes les fonctions RH principales : acquisition de talents, relations avec les employes, formation et developpement (Loi 90), remuneration et gestion de la performance

Mettre en oeuvre des initiatives favorisant l'engagement des employes, la communication interne et une culture de travail collaborative

Gerer la creation, l'implantation et la conformite des politiques en matiere de sante et securite au travail, diriger les interventions en cas d'incident, la formation et les efforts de reduction des risques

Assurer le respect des lois federales et provinciales en matiere d'emploi au Quebec ainsi que dans les autres juridictions ou nous operons

Soutenir et conseiller les gestionnaires sur les enjeux de performance, les relations de travail et l'interpretation des politiques RH

Guider le developpement de strategies d'integration et de progression de carriere alignees avec les besoins de l'entreprise et les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie

Promouvoir la diversite, l'equite, l'inclusion et une approche de tolerance zero en matiere de harcelement a travers des politiques completes, des formations et le developpement culturel

Utiliser des outils RH et des systemes de rapport pour suivre les indicateurs cles comme le roulement du personnel, l'absenteisme et la productivite; fournir des analyses regulieres a la direction pour soutenir la prise de decisions strategiques

Superviser les programmes d'avantages sociaux, incluant l'integration des employes, l'accompagnement, la conception et l'implantation des regimes, la coordination avec les courtiers et les rapports trimestriels sur la performance et l'engagement des employes

Diriger et gerer des projets RH speciaux tels que le maintien de l'equite salariale, les changements de fournisseur d'avantages sociaux, les implantations de systemes ERP, les restructurations ou les acquisitions - en mettant l'accent sur la qualite du service, l'efficacite des couts et l'amelioration des operations

Exigences du poste :



Baccalaureat en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe

Minimum de 7 a 10 ans d'experience progressive en RH dans un role de leadership, idealement dans un environnement manufacturier, de vente au detail ou de produits

Solide connaissance des normes du travail et de la legislation du travail au Quebec; experience dans d'autres provinces ou aux Etats-Unis est un atout

Capacite eprouvee a concevoir et a mettre en oeuvre des strategies centrees sur les employes, alignees sur les besoins de l'entreprise

Experience dans la gestion de programmes de sante et securite au travail en conformite avec la CNESST ou des organismes similaires

Excellentes aptitudes en leadership, en coaching et en communication interpersonnelle

Succes demontre dans le developpement d'une culture de travail positive et l'augmentation de l'engagement des employes

Haut niveau de professionnalisme, de discretion et de sens des affaires

Maitrise des systemes SIRH, du developpement de politiques et de l'optimisation des processus

La designation CRHA, CRIA ou CRHE est un atout

Bilinguisme francais-anglais (oral et ecrit) requis

Primary Responsibilities:



Partner directly with ownership and senior management to align HR strategy with business goals and long-term growth.

Lead the development and execution of effective people strategies across the organization, including workforce planning, structure, and leadership development.

Oversee all core HR functions: talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development (Bill 90), compensation, and performance management.

Drive initiatives that support employee engagement, internal communications, and a collaborative workplace culture.

Manage the creation, implementation, and compliance of policies related to occupational health and safety, lead incident response, training, and risk mitigation efforts.

Ensure compliance with all federal and provincial employment legislation in Quebec and other jurisdictions where we operate.

Support and advise managers in addressing performance issues, employee relations, and HR policy interpretation.

Guide the development of onboarding and career progression strategies aligned with company needs and industry best practices.

Promote diversity, equity, inclusion and a zero-tolerance approach to harassment through comprehensive policy, training, and cultural development.

Leverage HR tools and reporting systems to monitor key workforce metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and productivity; provide regular insights and analysis to leadership to drive strategic decisions.

Oversee employee benefits programs, including employee set up and advising, plan design and implementation, coordination with brokers, and quarterly reporting on plan performance and employee engagement.

Lead and manage HR-driven special projects such as pay equity maintenance, benefits provider transitions, ERP implementations, organizational restructuring,or acquisitions--focused on service quality, cost efficiency, and operational improvement.

Position Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience in a leadership role, ideally in manufacturing, retail, or product-based industries.

Strong working knowledge of Quebec labor law and employment standards; experience with multi-province or U.S. operations is an asset.

Proven ability to design and implement effective people-focused strategies that align with business needs.

Experience managing workplace health and safety programs in accordance with CNESST or similar regulatory bodies.

Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.

Demonstrated success in building positive workplace cultures and driving team engagement.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and business acumen.

Proficiency in HRIS systems, policy development, and process optimization.

CHRP, CHRL, or CHRE designation is an asset.

Bilingual in English and French is required.

Pay: $78,292.50-$156,110.23 per year
