En tant que directeur du d\xc3\xa9veloppement commercial, vous jouerez un r\xc3\xb4le essentiel dans la croissance et l\'expansion de nos opportunit\xc3\xa9s de salons de la r\xc3\xa9sidence dans le monde entier. Vos principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s consisteront \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer un portefeuille de prospects, \xc3\xa0 \xc3\xa9tablir des relations strat\xc3\xa9giques avec les partenaires et \xc3\xa0 n\xc3\xa9gocier des accords fructueux. Ce r\xc3\xb4le exige une combinaison de r\xc3\xa9flexion strat\xc3\xa9gique, de solides comp\xc3\xa9tences en mati\xc3\xa8re de collaboration et une compr\xc3\xa9hension approfondie des tendances du march\xc3\xa9 et des besoins des clients.
Les responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:
Gestion des relations avec les prospects :
o G\xc3\xa9rer un portefeuille de prospects et \xc3\xa9tablir des relations solides avec des partenaires potentiels et \xc3\xa9tablis.
o D\xc3\xa9finir la port\xc3\xa9e des projets potentiels et collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour garantir l\'alignement sur les objectifs strat\xc3\xa9giques.
N\xc3\xa9gociation d\'accords et mod\xc3\xa9lisation commerciale :
o D\xc3\xa9finir les conditions commerciales, \xc3\xa9laborer des mod\xc3\xa8les commerciaux et n\xc3\xa9gocier des accords jusqu\'\xc3\xa0 leur conclusion.
o Travailler en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec l\'\xc3\xa9quipe d\'analyse financi\xc3\xa8re pour \xc3\xa9laborer des mod\xc3\xa8les de pertes et profits et des mod\xc3\xa8les commerciaux, afin de garantir un retour positif sur les investissements strat\xc3\xa9giques.
G\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ration de propositions :
o Superviser l\'\xc3\xa9laboration de propositions pour les clients potentiels, en collaborant avec les \xc3\xa9quipes de marketing, de cr\xc3\xa9ation et de production pour cr\xc3\xa9er des propositions convaincantes et comp\xc3\xa9titives.
\xc3\x89tudes et analyses de march\xc3\xa9 :
o Utiliser l\'\xc3\xa9tude et l\'analyse de march\xc3\xa9 pour identifier les tendances \xc3\xa9mergentes, les besoins des clients et les opportunit\xc3\xa9s concurrentielles.
o Utiliser des informations fond\xc3\xa9es sur des donn\xc3\xa9es pour \xc3\xa9clairer les d\xc3\xa9cisions de l\'entreprise et tirer parti des \xc3\xa9volutions du march\xc3\xa9.
\xc3\x89valuation et att\xc3\xa9nuation des risques :
o \xc3\x89valuer et att\xc3\xa9nuer les risques potentiels associ\xc3\xa9s aux activit\xc3\xa9s de d\xc3\xa9veloppement commercial.
o Mettre en \xc5\x93uvre des strat\xc3\xa9gies efficaces de gestion des risques afin de pr\xc3\xa9server les int\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xaats de l\'organisation.
Rapports et gouvernance :
o Fournir r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8rement des rapports et des mises \xc3\xa0 jour \xc3\xa0 la direction g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rale et aux parties prenantes sur les progr\xc3\xa8s et les r\xc3\xa9sultats du d\xc3\xa9veloppement commercial.
o Respecter la gouvernance et le protocole associ\xc3\xa9s aux comit\xc3\xa9s d\'entreprise et \xc3\xa0 la gestion des contrats.
Identification des opportunit\xc3\xa9s strat\xc3\xa9giques :
o Identifier et \xc3\xa9valuer les nouvelles opportunit\xc3\xa9s commerciales, y compris les nouvelles offres de produits ou de services, l\'expansion g\xc3\xa9ographique et la diversification des march\xc3\xa9s.
Vous poss\xc3\xa9dez ces habilet\xc3\xa9s professionnelles et techniques :
- Licence en commerce, en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe ; un MBA est un atout.
- Exp\xc3\xa9rience confirm\xc3\xa9e en mati\xc3\xa8re de d\xc3\xa9veloppement commercial, de partenariats strat\xc3\xa9giques et de n\xc3\xa9gociations.
- Solides comp\xc3\xa9tences en mati\xc3\xa8re d\'analyse et de mod\xc3\xa9lisation financi\xc3\xa8re.

As the Director of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our residence show opportunities worldwide. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of leads, establishing strategic relationships with partners, and negotiating successful agreements. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Lead Relationship Management:
o Manage a portfolio of leads and establish strong relationships with potential and established partners.
o Define the scope of potential projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Deal Negotiation and Business Modeling:
o Define business terms, develop business models, and negotiate agreements to successful closure.
o Work closely with the financial analysis team to develop P&L and business models, ensuring a positive return on strategic investments.
Proposal Generation:
o Oversee the generation of proposals to prospective clients, collaborating with marketing, creation, and production teams to create compelling and competitive proposals.
Market Research and Analysis:
o Utilize market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
o Use data-driven insights to inform business decisions and capitalize on market developments.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
o Assess and mitigate potential risks associated with business development activities.
o Implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard the organization\'s interests.
Reporting and Governance:
o Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders on business development progress and results.
o Follow governance and protocol associated with business committees and contract management.
Strategic Opportunity Identification:
o Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including new product or service offerings, geographic expansion, and market diversification.
You possess the following professional and technical skills:
