Le directeur supervisera les \xc3\xa9quipes d\'approvisionnement et d\'achats pour la r\xc3\xa9gion et sera responsable de la gestion efficace, de l\'encadrement et du d\xc3\xa9veloppement d\'une \xc3\xa9quipe d\'associ\xc3\xa9s en approvisionnement et en achats de classe mondiale. • Diriger, d\xc3\xa9velopper et/ou ex\xc3\xa9cuter la strat\xc3\xa9gie pour la supervision directe des fonctions d\'approvisionnement et d\'achats (approvisionnement, contrats, gestion des risques et gestion des fournisseurs).
• Fournir une vision strat\xc3\xa9gique pour tous les aspects de l\'approvisionnement et des achats, y compris les meilleures pratiques, l\'innovation et les performances op\xc3\xa9rationnelles.
• Identifier les risques et les opportunit\xc3\xa9s pour la direction et recommander des strat\xc3\xa9gies pour atteindre les objectifs de l\'entreprise.

• G\xc3\xa9rer efficacement le(s) fournisseur(s) pour s\'assurer que les attentes de performance globale sont atteintes dans la r\xc3\xa9gion et pour les comptes associ\xc3\xa9s.
• Identifier et mettre en \xc5\x93uvre des initiatives d\'am\xc3\xa9lioration continue pour contribuer aux \xc3\xa9conomies de co\xc3\xbbts op\xc3\xa9rationnels en dehors des activit\xc3\xa9s d\'approvisionnement traditionnelles.
• Diriger une \xc3\xa9quipe de responsables d\'approvisionnement et de contrats pour ex\xc3\xa9cuter les strat\xc3\xa9gies d\'approvisionnement annuelles et les activit\xc3\xa9s de gestion des fournisseurs.
• \xc3\x89tablir des parcours de carri\xc3\xa8re d\xc3\xa9finis pour les \xc3\xa9quipes, ainsi que des concepts de planification de la rel\xc3\xa8ve et de croissance.
• Veiller \xc3\xa0 ce que les politiques et les proc\xc3\xa9dures d\'approvisionnement soient correctement refl\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9es et appliqu\xc3\xa9es dans l\'ensemble du portefeuille de FM.

EnglishThe Director, Strategic Sourcing will lead, manage and direct the strategic sourcing and vendor management processes for the region to achieve company, region and account goals, including project assessment, strategy development, supplier evaluation and negotiation of terms to meet quality, cost, performance, and supplier diversity targets. He/She will lead the Sourcing and Procurement teams to develop sourcing strategies, supplier communications, request for proposals (and related due diligence), cost analytics, category strategies, supply market analysis, deal strategy, pricing strategy, deal negotiations (contract terms and conditions, scopes of work, pricing, service levels, etc.), contract development, and contract administration. The Director will oversee the Sourcing and Procurement teams for the region, and will be accountable for effectively managing, mentoring and developing a team of world-class Sourcing and Procurement associates. The Director will be a key stakeholder and decision-maker for Sourcing and Procurement projects.WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO

• Lead, develop and/or execute on strategy for direct oversight of Sourcing and Procurement (sourcing, contract, risk management, and vendor management) functions.
• Provide strategic vision for all Sourcing and Procurement aspects of business including best practices, innovation, and operational efficiencies.
• Identify risks and opportunities to management and recommend strategies to achieve company goals.
• Effectively develop and lead complex short-term and longer-term sourcing strategies, effectively manage suppliers and internal networks to deliver best in class performance.
• Responsible for Business Intelligence spend analysis to identify sourcing and value creation opportunities.
• Effectively manage supplier(s) to ensure overall performance expectations are met across the region and associated accounts.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to contribute to operational cost savings outside of traditional sourcing activities.
• Lead a team of sourcing and contract managers to execute annual sourcing strategies and supplier management activities.
• Establish defined Career Paths for teams, and succession and growth planning concepts.
• Ensure procurement policies and procedures are accurately reflected and executed throughout the FM portfolio.
• Self-motivated and able to perform the role with minimal supervision; takes ownership and demonstrates sense of urgency while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Run the supplier performance management program including Quarterly Business Reviews, scorecard management, contract compliance, issue resolution and service delivery

• Minimum of 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 strategic sourcing experience for facilities, Real Estate or other similar services
