NAOS Canada recherche un(e) Directeur(trice) des ventes strategique, axe(e) sur les resultats et centre(e) sur l'humain pour diriger le developpement commercial de Laboratoire Bioderma sur le marche canadien. Relevant du Responsable de l'Unite d'Affaires NAOS Canada, ce poste implique la pleine responsabilite de la definition et de l'execution de la strategie nationale de vente, la gestion des principaux comptes de la vente au detail et en ligne, ainsi que le leadership d'une organisation de vente bilingue et performante.



En tant que membre du Comite executif de NAOS Canada, le/la Directeur(trice) des ventes jouera un role cle dans l'orientation strategique de la filiale, en contribuant aux decisions transversales ayant un impact sur la croissance a long terme, l'excellence operationnelle et la culture organisationnelle.

Liste non exhaustive des missions :





1. Leadership strategique


Participer activement au Comite executif de NAOS Canada en contribuant a la vision strategique et aux decisions cles ayant un impact sur l'entreprise. Fournir des perspectives sur les dynamiques du marche, les risques et opportunites commerciaux, les relations clients et les moteurs de revenus a long terme.




2. Strategie de vente et execution


Definir et mettre en oeuvre la strategie nationale de vente pour Bioderma, couvrant les bannieres pharmaceutiques, les reseaux independants, les e-commercants (Amazon, etc.) et la future plateforme DTC (direct-to-consumer) detenue par NAOS (lancement prevu en 2026). Piloter l'execution de plans commerciaux favorisant a la fois le sell-in et le sell-out, en mettant l'accent sur la croissance, la rentabilite et l'excellence au point de vente. Aligner les actions regionales sur le positionnement medical, scientifique et consommateur de la marque.




3. Leadership d'equipe


Diriger une equipe multidisciplinaire et bilingue composee de : + 2 Responsables regionaux des ventes (Canada anglophone / Canada francophone)
+ 2 Responsables Grands Comptes (bannieres anglophones et francophones)
+ 1 Coordonnateur(trice) des ventes (rapport direct)
+ 1 Analyste commercial(e) (rapport direct)
Instaurer une culture de performance, en dotant les equipes d'outils, de structure, de coaching et de clarte pour reussir. Definir des indicateurs de performance clairs (KPI), suivre l'execution sur le terrain et creer des boucles de retroaction continues pour ameliorer l'efficacite et l'impact.




4. Developpement des grands comptes et des canaux


Superviser les partenariats strategiques avec les comptes nationaux et regionaux, notamment Shoppers Drug Mart, Jean Coutu, Rexall et London Drugs. Encadrer les responsables grands comptes dans l'elaboration de plans d'affaires annuels, la conduite d'actions promotionnelles efficaces et la negociation de conditions commerciales gagnant-gagnant. Diriger la relation commerciale avec Amazon et autres e-commercants afin d'assurer une performance solide, la coherence de la marque et une discipline tarifaire en ligne.




5. Operations commerciales et intelligence d'affaires


Exploiter les analyses de l'Analyste commercial(e) pour orienter les decisions, prevoir avec precision, et optimiser les promotions et les strategies de tarification. S'appuyer sur le/la Coordonnateur(trice) des ventes pour rationaliser les processus administratifs, les rapports, la gestion du calendrier commercial et la communication avec le terrain.




6. Collaboration strategique transversale


Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les equipes Marketing, Medicale, Financiere et Digitale pour assurer un alignement a 360 sur les plans de marque et les priorites commerciales. Contribuer a l'execution de la strategie du "4e Voie" de NAOS, en veillant a ce que les activites de vente de Bioderma completent celles d'Esthederm et d'Etat Pur dans la creation d'un ecosysteme multimarque centre sur le consommateur.



FORMATION ET COMPETENCES





Formation : Diplome superieur en Commerce, Marketing, ou un domaine connexe. Minimum 8 ans d'experience dans une fonction commerciale, de preference dans le secteur des produits de sante, soins de la peau ou cosmetiques. Competences : + Excellentes competences en communication, en francais et en anglais.
+ Competences eprouvees en negociation et gestion de comptes-cles (Key Account Management).
+ Excellentes capacites analytiques et aptitude a piloter des resultats financiers.
+ Expertise dans les reseaux pharmaceutiques, les independants et le commerce en ligne (Amazon, DTC).
+ Competences averees en construction de plans d'affaires conjoints, negociation commerciale et execution en magasin et en ligne.
+ Fortes competences analytiques et capacite a travailler sous pression.
+ Solide experience de gestion d'equipes bilingues et multi-regionales, ainsi que d'environnements de vente complexes.
+ Maitrise des logiciels de CRM et de MS Office.

NAOS Canada is seeking a strategic, results-driven, and people-focused Sales Director to lead the commercial development of Laboratoire Bioderma across the Canadian market. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager NAOS Canada, this role carries full responsibility for defining and executing the national sales strategy, managing top retail and e-retail accounts, and leading a high-performing, bilingual sales organization.



As a member of the NAOS Canada Executive Committee, the Sales Director will play a key role in shaping the subsidiary's strategic direction, contributing to cross-functional decisions that impact long-term growth, operational excellence, and organizational culture.

As Regional Sales Manager for Bioderma, you will be responsible for commercial development and client relationship management within your region (US and/or Canada). You will drive sales targets, develop strategies tailored to local markets, and act as the key link between sales teams and major clients.

Key Responsibilities





1. Strategic Leadership


Serve as a member of the NAOS Canada Executive Committee, actively contributing to the strategic vision and key decisions impacting the business. Provide leadership and perspective on market dynamics, commercial risks and opportunities, customer relationships, and long-term revenue drivers.




2. Sales Strategy & Execution


Define and implement the national sales strategy for Bioderma across pharmacy banners, independent networks, e-retailers (Amazon, etc.), and the future NAOS-owned DTC platform (launching in 2026). Lead the execution of commercial plans that deliver both sell-in and sell-out, with a focus on growth, profitability, and excellence at point of sale. Align regional sales actions with the brand's medical, scientific, and consumer positioning.

3. Team Leadership


Lead a multidisciplinary, bilingual team comprised of: + 2 Regional Sales Managers (English Canada / French Canada)
+ 2 Key Account Managers (English-speaking and French-speaking banners)
+ 1 Sales Coordinator (direct report)
+ 1 Business Analyst (direct report)
Build a performance-driven team culture, empowering team members with the tools, structure, coaching, and clarity needed to succeed. Set clear KPIs, monitor field execution, and create feedback loops to continuously improve efficiency and impact.

4. Key Account & Channel Development


Oversee strategic partnerships with key national and regional accounts including Shoppers Drug Mart, Jean Coutu, Rexall, and London Drugs. Supervise KAMs in developing annual business plans, driving promotional effectiveness, and negotiating win-win trade terms. Lead the commercial relationship with Amazon and other e-retailers to ensure strong performance, brand consistency, and pricing discipline online.

5. Sales Operations & Business Intelligence


Leverage insights from the Business Analyst to drive data-informed decisions, forecast accurately, and optimize promotions and pricing strategies. Rely on the Sales Coordinator to streamline administrative processes, reporting, trade calendar management, and communication with the field.

6. Cross-Functional & Strategic Collaboration


Work closely with Marketing, Medical, Finance, and Digital teams to ensure 360 alignment on brand plans and business priorities. Contribute to the execution of NAOS' "4th Way" strategy, ensuring Bioderma's sales activities complement Esthederm and Etat Pur in creating a multi-brand, consumer-centric ecosystem.



Profile




Education: Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the health products, skincare, or cosmetics sector. Skills: + Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
+ Proven expertise in negotiation and Key Account Management.
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to drive financial results.
+ Expertise in pharmacy networks, independent retailers, and online commerce (Amazon, DTC).
+ Demonstrated ability to build joint business plans, lead trade negotiations, and drive in-store and online execution.
+ Strong analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure.
+ Solid experience managing bilingual and multi-regional teams within complex sales environments.
+ Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
