Ce que vous ferez :

Vente incitative aupr\xc3\xa8s des clients existants avec l\'objectif d\'augmenter les revenus du portefeuille.

Analyser la rentabilit\xc3\xa9 du portefeuille, recommander et n\xc3\xa9gocier des augmentations de frais de service.

S\xe2\x80\x99assurer que les relations attitr\xc3\xa9es sont g\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9es de mani\xc3\xa8re \xc3\xa0 atteindre le niveau maximal de satisfaction de la client\xc3\xa8le afin d\'assurer la conservation du compte

Analyser la rentabilit\xc3\xa9 du portefeuille et recommander, n\xc3\xa9gocier les augmentations des frais de service.

Offrir une approche de vente consultative aux clients et r\xc3\xa9viser les am\xc3\xa9liorations et les mises \xc3\xa0 niveau de leur solution de traitement de paiements. Pr\xc3\xa9senter les nouvelles technologies, les partenaires et le mat\xc3\xa9riel, le cas \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ant.

S\xe2\x80\x99assurer que la mise en \xc5\x93uvre des solutions et des d\xc3\xa9ploiements de services est coordonn\xc3\xa9e et conforme aux normes les plus strictes. Travailler et coordonner avec diff\xc3\xa9rents groupes et d\xc3\xa9partements.

Faire part constamment d\xe2\x80\x99un niveau \xc3\xa9lev\xc3\xa9 de communication et de connaissances pour r\xc3\xa9soudre tous les probl\xc3\xa8mes administratifs et op\xc3\xa9rationnels quotidiens, tels que la r\xc3\xa9solution des probl\xc3\xa8mes des clients et les calendriers de mise en \xc5\x93uvre.

Offrir des recommandations et une analyse strat\xc3\xa9gique \xc3\xa0 la direction concernant l\'acquisition d\'opportunit\xc3\xa9s et de revenus.

G\xc3\xa9rer une p\xc3\xa9riode de transition (transfert) de compte nouvellement acquis entre l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de d\xc3\xa9veloppement commercial et l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe de gestion de compte pour s\' assurer que les clients sont int\xc3\xa9gr\xc3\xa9s au portefeuille appropri\xc3\xa9.

Analyser le portefeuille au d\xc3\xa9but de l\'ann\xc3\xa9e fiscale afin d\'identifier la croissance des revenus par compte et strat\xc3\xa9gie d\'impl\xc3\xa9mentation.

Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en commerce, marketing et / ou sp\xc3\xa9cialisation en vente

Permis de conduire valide

What you will do:

Upsell to existing clients with the objective of increasing revenue of the portfolio.

Analyze portfolio profitability and recommend, negotiate service fee increases.

Ensure assigned relationships are managed to achieve maximum level of customer satisfaction to ensure account retention.

Analyze portfolio profitability and recommend, negotiate service fee increases.

Provide a consultative selling approach to clients who are reviewing enhancements and upgrades to their Credit/Debit processing solution. Introducing new technology, partners and hardware where applicable.

Ensure implementation of solution/service rollouts are coordinated and followed through at a high level of standards. Work and coordinate various business groups to perform function.

Apply a consistently high level of communication and knowledge to resolve all day-to-day administrative and key operational issues, such as customer problem resolution and implementation schedules.

Provide recommendations and strategic analysis to management, related to acquiring/revenue opportunities.

Manage some of the newly acquired account transition (hand-off) period between the Business Development and Account Management team to ensure clients are smoothly integrated into the appropriate portfolio.

Analyze portfolio at beginning of fiscal year to identify revenue growth by account and implementation strategy.

What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing and/or with sales specialization

Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience and demonstrated ability in the following areas: qualifying needs analysis, proposals, negotiation of price/contracts and retention strategies.

Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license

Ability to deal professionally and comfortably with decision makers at the senior executive level within an organization.

Strong interpersonal skills with experience in interacting with various departments securing a developed network of contacts.

Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous activities by using effective planning, organizational and time management skills.

Developed analytical and financial skills, which allow for managing to maximize revenue/profitability.

Knowledge of communications network and links relating to point of sale systems an asset.

Demonstrated ability to take on a leadership and mentor role with peers.

Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic ever-changing environment.

Preferred: experience in the payment processing industry and/or software industry in a B2B context or related experience is highly valued.
