DIRECTEUR·TRICE DE PROJET TI (RAPATRIEMENT DES SERVICES) RELÈVE DE : DIRECTRICE DE LA TECHNOLOGIE (CTO)
Eidos-Montréal est un studio canadien de développement de jeux vidéo, fondé par Eidos Interactive en 2007 et basé à Montréal. L'entreprise était une filiale de Square Enix jusqu’à l’acquisition par Embracer Group au printemps 2022.
Avec l’acquisition des studios Eidos-Montréal, Eidos-Sherbrooke, Square Enix Montréal et Crystal Dynamics par Embracer Group, les services TI continueront à être offerts par Square Enix pour une période de 6 à 9 mois, après coup, ils devront être rapatriés. Une trentaine de services TI ont été décomptés parmi lesquels on retrouve la cybersécurité, les services infonuagiques, les applications d’affaires et les services d’infrastructure.
Dans ce contexte, Eidos-Montréal recrute un·e Directeur·trice de Projet TI pour mener le programme qui consistera au rapatriement de tous les services TI encore sous la responsabilité de Square Enix et qui impliquera notamment la coordination de l’ensemble des projets avec plusieurs parties prenantes localisées à différents endroits dans le monde (Angleterre, États-Unis et Canada).
CE QUE TU VAS FAIRE :

• Gérer l’ensemble des projets qui composent le programme de rapatriement de tous les services TI offerts par Square Enix à Eidos (planification, réalisation et implantation);
• Rédiger les documents projets selon les normes en vigueur;
• Mettre en place les mécanismes nécessaires à un suivi efficace des activités projets;
• Assurer la coordination des activités en cours et à venir dans le cadre des projets;
• Gérer les interactions avec les divers intervenants internes à Eidos-Montréal, Eidos-Sherbrooke, Square Enix Montréal et Crystal Dynamics (départements TI, Légal, Finances...) et externes (Services TI de Square Enix -ITG-, fournisseurs de solutions et services, éditeurs de logiciels...);
• Effectuer un suivi des divers registres projets;
• Présenter le suivi aux instances décisionnelles.

CE QUE TU APPORTES :

• 20+ années d’expérience en gestion de projets et programmes TI;
• Avoir géré des projets d’envergure composés d’une multitude de parties prenantes réparties à différents endroits dans le monde;
• Avoir géré des projets de nature technique similaire : Migration AD, Migration infonuagique, mise en place d’un cloud privé, rapatriement de services, impartition de services, etc.;
• Connaissance des méthodologies de gestion de projet (PMbok, Prince2, Agile...) et de processus TI (ITIL);
• Bonne connaissance des outils de collaboration, de gestion de projet et de productivité (outils Microsoft);
• Parfaitement bilingue (français-anglais), autant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.

IT PROJECT DIRECTOR (REPATRIATION OF SERVICES) REPORTS TO: CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO)
Eidos-Montreal is a Canadian video game development studio, founded by Eidos Interactive in 2007 and based in Montreal. The company was a subsidiary of Square Enix until it was acquired by Embracer Group in Spring 2022.
With the acquisition of Eidos-Montreal, Eidos-Sherbrooke, Square Enix Montreal and Crystal Dynamics by Embracer Group, the IT services will continue to be supplied by Square Enix for a period of 6 to 9 months, after which they will have to be repatriated. About 30 IT services have been counted, including cybersecurity, cloud services, business applications and infrastructure services.
In this context, Eidos-Montreal is recruiting an IT Project Director to lead the program that will consist of the repatriation of all the IT services still under the responsibility of Square Enix and that will notably involve the coordination of all the projects with several stakeholders located in different places in the world (England, United States and Canada).
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Manage all projects that make up the repatriation program of all IT services supplied by Square Enix to Eidos (planning, execution and implementation);
• Write project documents according to the standards in force;
• Put in place the necessary mechanisms for an efficient follow-up of project activities;
• Ensure the coordination of ongoing and future activities within the framework of the projects;
• Manage interactions with various internal stakeholders at Eidos-Montreal, Eidos-Sherbrooke, Square Enix Montreal and Crystal Dynamics (IT, Legal, Finance departments...) and external stakeholders (Square Enix IT Services -ITG-, solution and service providers, software publishers...);
• Follow up on the various project registers;
• Present the follow-up to the decision-making bodies.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 20+ years of experience in IT project and program management;
• Have managed large scale projects with multiple stakeholders in different locations around the world;
• Have managed projects of a similar technical nature: AD migration, cloud migration, private cloud implementation, service repatriation, outsourcing, etc.;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMbok, Prince2, Agile...) and IT processes (ITIL);
• Good knowledge of collaboration, project management and productivity tools (Microsoft tools);
• Fluently bilingual (French-English), both written and spoken.
