Job Description

Brandt est actuellement a la recherche d'un directeur des pieces pour sa succursale de Laval.

Ce poste est responsable de la gestion des pieces et du personnel afin de maximiser le rendement du capital investi en optimisant les processus.

Fonctions et responsabilites

  • Gerer tous les aspects de laEUR(TM)inventaire des pieces au sein du systeme de pieces
  • Optimiser les processus du departement des pieces pour garantir la satisfaction des clients internes et externes
  • Accroatre la rentabilite des ventes de pieces
  • Coordonner de faaon rapide, efficace et en temps opportun la gestion des documents/taches administratives
  • Collaborer avec les responsables des operations et du service afin de garantir un renouvellement rapide des pieces necessaires aux travaux internes
  • Participer a laEUR(TM)analyse des operations du departement et de la disposition de laEUR(TM)entreposage et les reviser au besoin pour assurer une efficacite maximale
  • Maintenir une equipe de pieces hautement performante grace a laEUR(TM)embauche, a la formation, a laEUR(TM)encadrement, au mentorat et a la gestion du rendement dans un environnement securitaire
  • Exercer un contrale rigoureux des depenses
  • Assurer un service client externe et interne de qualite superieure grace a la planification du personnel pour couvrir les heures daEUR(TM)ouverture
  • Collaborer avec laEUR(TM)equipe de soutien aux produits et de fabrication pour trouver et entreposer des pieces de produits fabriquees a laEUR(TM)interne
  • a?laborer un plan daEUR(TM)affaires et un budget annuels pour la vente des pieces afin daEUR(TM)inclure un soutien aux autres succursales de Brandt
  • Collaborer avec le departement des ventes afin de maximiser les opportunites de marketing croise
  • Autres taches assignees
Competences requises
  • Connaissance des procedures generales relatives aux pieces et a laEUR(TM)entrepat
  • Excellentes competences de communication tant a laEUR(TM)oral quaEUR(TM)a laEUR(TM)ecrit
  • Capacite a diriger efficacement une equipe pour atteindre les objectifs fixes
  • Volonte daEUR(TM)aider les autres employes au besoin et selon la charge de travail
  • Solides competences daEUR(TM)encadrement et de gestion daEUR(TM)inventaire
  • Esprit daEUR(TM)analyse, forte capacite a resoudre des problemes et a saEUR(TM)organiser
Experience requise
  • Experience prealable dans la gestion daEUR(TM)un departement des pieces souhaitee
  • Certification de compagnon de piece jugee preferable
  • Experience en gestion daEUR(TM)entrepat consideree comme un atout


Brandt is currently seeking a Parts Manager for our Laval location.

This position is responsible for the management of parts operations and personnel to maximize returns on investment through optimizing departmental processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accountable for managing all aspects of parts inventory within parts system
  • Optimize Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Grow profitable parts sales
  • Coordinates a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork.
  • Works with the Operations & Service Managers to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.
  • Assists in analyzing departmental operations and storage layout and revises as needed for maximum effectiveness
  • Maintain a high performance parts team through hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and performance management in a safe environment
  • Exercise disciplined expense control
  • Ensure superior external and internal parts customer service through staff scheduling to cover business hours
  • Work with product support and manufacturing groups to source and stock internally manufactured product parts
  • Develop annual parts sales business plan and budget to include support to other Brandt braches
  • Work with the Sales departments to maximize cross marketing opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
  • Knowledge of general parts and warehouse procedures
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively lead a team to achieve required goals
  • Willingness to assist other staff as appropriate and as workloads dictate
  • Strong leadership ability and inventory management skills
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem solving and organizational skills
Required Experience
  • Previous leadership experience in a parts department preferred
  • HD Journeyman Partsperson ticket considered preferred
  • Warehouse management experience considered an asset
