Sous la supervision du Directeur General site, le Directeur des operations est responsable de mener le projet d'implantation de l'atelier de procedes speciaux de l'entreprise.
Dans son role, le charge de projet assurera le bon deroulement des processus de soumission, l'execution de la contractualisation et le deploiement des phases d'implantation des equipements et systeme du site (des infrastructures jusqu'aux equipements dedies). Le charge de projet coordonnera aussi les phases de qualification des procedes et premieres industrialisation des composantes a traiter.
Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, le charge de projet maintiendra les echeanciers du projet, assurera l'assignation des taches, le suivi des actions ainsi que la production des differents indicateurs d'avancement et de performance.
Principales Responsabilites et Resultats Attendus
Planifier les etapes de deploiement des diverses installations et systemes (MES) avec MS Project;
Coordonner la realisation des etapes du deploiement ainsi que la disponibilite des ressources (incluant ressources humaines);
Piloter les rencontres de suivi et coordonner les taches en vue d'assurer l'avancement selon les cedules;
Effectuer le suivi avec les prestataires de service selectionnes;
Effectuer le suivi du projet d'implantation MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
Maintenir les suivis budgetaires des divers chantiers / projets;
Produire et presenter les divers indicateurs d'avancement des projets et lancer (ou assurer le lancement) des mesures appropriees lorsqu'il y a derives ou tendances negatives.
Communiquer avec (et assurer la bonne communication entre) les ressources internes, externes, prestataires de service et autres fournisseurs dans le cadre des projets..
Qualifications
Formation academique
Baccalaureat en Genie Industriel, Mecanique ou equivalent
Formation en gestion de projet ou gestion des operations
Experience
3 a 5 ans d'experience pertinente. Avoir gere des projets d'implantation
Association
Certification PMP - Project Managment Professional (Un atout)
Membre de l'Ordre des Ingenieurs du Quebec

Summary and Objectives of the Position
Under the supervision of the Site General Manager, the Operations Director is responsible for leading the project to implement the company's special processes workshop.
In his role, the project manager will ensure the smooth running of the quotation processes, the execution of the contractualization and the deployment of the implementation phases of the site's equipment and systems (from infrastructure to dedicated equipment). The project manager will also coordinate the process qualification phases and initial industrialization of the components to be processed.
As part of his duties, the project manager will maintain project schedules, ensure the allocation of tasks, the monitoring of actions as well as the production of various progress and performance indicators.
Main Responsibilities and Expected Results
Plan the deployment stages of the different installations and systems (MES) with MS Project;
Coordinate the implementation of deployment steps as well as the availability of resources (including human resources);
Lead follow-up meetings and coordinate tasks to ensure progress according to schedules;
Follow up with selected service providers;
Monitor the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) implementation project
Maintain budgetary monitoring of the various construction sites/projects;
Produce and present the various project progress indicators and launch (or ensure the launch) of appropriate measures in the event of deviations or negative trends.
Communicate with (and ensure good communication between) internal, external resources, service providers and other providers within the framework of projects.
Qualifications
Academic training
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics or equivalent
Project management or operations management training
Experience
3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Having managed implementation projects
Association
PMP Certification - Project Management Professional (An asset)
Member of the Order of Engineers
