Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s principales :

- Maintenir les processus et les proc\xc3\xa9dures efficaces pour am\xc3\xa9liorer le service et la rentabilit\xc3\xa9;

- Participer \xc3\xa0 la formation de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe du service pour r\xc3\xa9pondre aux besoins des consommateurs et aux programmes des fabricants;

- Assurer un suivi de la fermeture des bons de travail;

- Superviser l\'atelier m\xc3\xa9canique;

- Assister le directeur du service dans certaines t\xc3\xa2ches administratives et le remplacer en son absence.

Qualifications et comp\xc3\xa9tences requises :

- Avoir de l\'entregent, poss\xc3\xa9der un excellent service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le et \xc3\xaatre passionn\xc3\xa9 par le service et la vente;

- Bonne compr\xc3\xa9hension des comp\xc3\xa9tences des clients et des d\xc3\xa9taillants;

- Excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences interpersonnelles et de n\xc3\xa9gociation;

- Capacit\xc3\xa9 organisationnelle et attentif aux d\xc3\xa9tails;

- Capacit\xc3\xa9 de prendre en charge les probl\xc3\xa8mes avec une attitude positive et de les mener \xc3\xa0 terme;

- Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 rester calme et concentr\xc3\xa9 en toutes circonstances pour offrir un service exceptionnel aux clients;

- Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler sous pression;

- Avoir de la facilit\xc3\xa9 et de l\'int\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xaat \xc3\xa0 travailler en \xc3\xa9quipe pour atteindre des objectifs communs;

- Minimum de deux (2) ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un environnement de vente/service.

Main responsibilities:

- Maintain effective processes and procedures to improve service and profitability;

- Participate in training the service team to meet consumer needs and manufacturer programs;

- Follow up on work order closures;

- Supervise the mechanical workshop;

- Assist the Service Manager in certain administrative tasks and replace him in his absence.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and a passion for service and sales;

- Good understanding of customer and retailer competencies;

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;

- Organizational skills and attention to detail;

- Ability to take on problems with a positive attitude and see them through to completion;

- Ability to remain calm and focused in all circumstances to provide exceptional service to customers;

- Ability to work under pressure;

- Ability and interest in working as part of a team to achieve common goals;

- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a sales/service environment.
