Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Direct Sales Representative to join our team in Saskatoon, SK. As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be the face of AlarmTek, responsible for introducing our revolutionary products to potential customers and helping them make the switch to a smarter, safer home security system. This role requires a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Generate Leads:

Identify and engage potential customers through door-to-door sales, community events, and referrals.

Product Presentation:

Demonstrate the features and benefits of AlarmTek's innovative security solutions, including our crystal-clear video, SmartTek thermostat, and comprehensive monitoring services. Highlight our world-class video doorbell and cameras that go all the way up to true 4K, leaving old clip-based cloud recording cameras in the dust. Emphasize our patent-pending Security Bot AI technology, which creates the world's first proactive security system that can stop crime in real time, blowing away all existing security systems.

Customer Engagement:

Build strong relationships with customers, understand their security needs, and provide tailored solutions that offer peace of mind.

Sales Conversion:

Close sales by effectively communicating the value of AlarmTek's products, emphasizing the no-contract advantage and competitive pricing.

Follow-Up:

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing post-sale support and addressing any questions or concerns.

Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the home security or technology sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-centric approach. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
