Key Responsiblities
Recruit, train, and manage in-home sales representatives
Lead daily sales activity, coaching, and performance accountability
Improve close rates through scripting, rebuttals, and field support
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer experience
Requirements
Proven experience in
direct / in-home sales
and/or management
Strong background in
water, air, HVAC, or home improvement sales
Confident closer with strong leadership and communication skills
Organized, disciplined, and results-driven
Ability to coach reps in the field and improve performance
