The Account Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for executing outside sales strategies across an assigned route of accounts. This role focuses on driving product sales, maximizing product visibility, and ensuring optimal placement in both large and small format off-premise retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow product sales through direct account management and relationship building.
Increase product visibility by securing and maintaining premium cooler space and product displays.
Execute Red Bull's in-store standards for product placement and merchandising.
Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
Ensure all customer service and sales activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.

As a team member, you can expect to:
MANAGE
Manage Red Bull products in assigned distribution accounts
Determine current and on-going product needs at accounts
Ensure that all Red Bull provided equipment is clean and in good working order.

EXECUTION
Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with your customers to increase sales and selling space
Evaluate all competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions and communicate with District Sales Manager.
Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPI's) focused on the following areas: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts and other merchandising components.
Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product and set proper brand flow following Red Bull standards
Increase inventory and diversity of products at each Karic assigned account and improve in-store branding while delivering fresh product.
BUILDING SUCCESS
Collaborate with members of the Sales and Distribution Partner Team's to develop and execute programs.
Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices. Act as a major contributor/leader among peer group.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds as needed.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions
Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
What we are looking for:
Preferred prior sales experience; having worked in consumer packaged goods or retail organization in an asset
Knowledge of the beverage market preferred
High school diploma or equivalent (university or college experience is an asset)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Outstanding relationship building and people skills
Good mathematical skills
Organizational skills
Current driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to work flexible shifts
