We are looking for ideally full time representatives to put your sales skills to use and join our Fundraising team! Experience is preferred but not required, as full training is provided to those with potential.

The ideal candidate is a person with an entrepreneurial spirit who is eager to learn and grow as we are looking to promote people to leadership and management positions where one can eventually have their own team to motivate and train!

Day to day:

Your day to day will be to arrive at our downtown location, spend time in a fun and motivating environment, go through daily training to further your experience and abilities, followed by heading out to our fundraising location for the day to engage potential donors having wonderful conversations about important causes and issues happening around the world!

Responsibilities

Expand brand knowledge and understanding of the charity's mission, products and services Engage in team learning environments, further developing leadership skills Spread brand awareness by creating purposeful conversations Secure new donors for client

Motivated, focused, and hardworking Has strong desire for opportunity to grow and expand career Enjoys a lively work environment Quick learner; teachable Good communication skills Fluency in English Currently living in Canada
