Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Direct to Licensee Sales Representative! You will be responsible for engaging with off site partners, promoting our wine, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to analyze customer needs to provide them with the wines that their guests will love.

Duties

Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls and in-person meetings developing new business Communicate product details effectively to drive interest and sales. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and maximize sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities through data entry. Initiate training and tasting appointments to educate licensee staff of our product Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Represent the brand professionally and personally neat and presentable Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment. Participate in trade shows and markets as needed Any other duties assigned by the General Manager

Requirements

Proficiency in English; both written and oral Strong wine knowledge and proven wine sales Strong communication skills with an emphasis on in person customer interaction. Previous experience in wine or alcohol sales is required. Ability to analyze the needs of our clients and offer the appropriate product Detail-oriented, maintaining accurate records. A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem solving. Must be able to work independently. Any other duties as directed by the General Manager

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
