Direct-to-Home Field Sales & Marketing Team

. This is not your average canvassing role, it's a fast-track opportunity to build your career at the intersection of

You'll represent a trusted brand face-to-face with homeowners, helping them understand the benefits of solar energy while building brand awareness in new neighborhoods. You'll be backed by experienced solar executives, supported with world-class training, and given real opportunities to grow into leadership or strategy roles.

Position: Direct-to-Home Sales & Marketing Representative

Location:

Calgary, AB and surrounding communities

Schedule:

Full-time, flexible hours (including early evenings)

Compensation:

Base pay +

uncapped commission

+ marketing bonuses

What You'll Be Doing:

Conduct face-to-face outreach with homeowners in pre-selected neighborhoods Present solar energy solutions in a clear, confident, and compelling way Educate customers on how solar works, available incentives, and cost-saving opportunities Use proprietary software to build custom proposals in real time Collaborate with our leadership, design, and operations teams to close deals and deliver 5-star service Meet or exceed weekly sales goals and performance KPIs

You're a Fit If You:

Have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Have 1+ year of experience in

sales, marketing, customer service, or events
