We are seeking an innovative, creative, results-driven Director, Digital Marketing to plan, lead and execute company-wide digital marketing and lead generation efforts including strategy, execution, and optimization of performance. You are a hands-on expert in digital marketing, paid media, and web management. You have a deep understanding of marketing analytics and ensure campaigns are executed with end-to-end visibility through the entire sales cycle. This role requires a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to be agile in a dynamic digital environment.

What you will do

    • Define and execute digital marketing strategies across all paid channels that hit new pipeline acquisition and revenue goals.
    • Implement, scale, and optimize digital campaigns, tactics, and practices to meet business objectives for SEO, SEM, display, email, web, and other platforms.
    • Execute campaign setup and testing to ensure proper data flows through systems
    • Troubleshoot issues related to performance, ad delivery and other related areas
    • Test and establish various customer segments and targeted messages while also understanding which channels are most efficient.
    • Define and monitor the effectiveness of paid media investment, nurture paths and implement ongoing improvements to drive business impact.
    • Partner with content/creative to develop content and assets to drive performance and enhance brand while contributing to the creative process with learnings
    • Partner with other team members in all aspects of campaign execution including nurturing leads, proper data flow, lead routing and lead scoring.
    • Oversee website development and updates including landing pages to ensure they drive conversion.
    • Manage a team of digital marketers and web developers.
    • Manage external agency partners.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition
    • Provide weekly trend and performance reports to stakeholders


What you will bring

    • 15+ years of digital marketing experience in-house and/or agency, at least 8+ years in people management
    • Strong understanding of B2B marketing at scale to drive efficient and scalable demand
    • Expertise in digital marketing best practices and martech landscape including Google ecosystem, LinkedIn, Facebook, 6Sense, and others
    • Lead with a digital-first mindset and leverage data-driven digital marketing strategies in demand creation and pipeline acceleration
    • Metrics-driven with demonstrated analytical skills to measure impact and determine improvement with a strong understanding of marketing measurements and testing methodologies.
    • Flexible and able to shift strategies and tactics when required
    • Direct, hands-on experience managing large budgets
    • Detail oriented with strong program management skills while working efficiently to build, execute, and scale programs.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
