We are seeking a dedicated Dining Room Supervisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and possess strong leadership skills to oversee the dining room operations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise dining room staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily dining room operations, including seating arrangements and customer flow
- Train new staff on service standards, POS systems, and food safety protocols - Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally - Monitor inventory levels for dining room supplies and place orders as needed - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the dining area - Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing payroll
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry
