Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room staff and volunteers to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels of supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
Experience
Proven experience in food service is essential.
Strong background in supervising teams within a hospitality setting.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling practices.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
