Position Title

Dining Room Lead


Position Summary


This position will supervise front-of-house operations of the Cornerstone Dining Room. The role is to ensure quality service in the dining room and act as the main contact between the kitchen staff and customers. This role requires variety of shifts, including daytime, evenings and weekends.


Position Responsibilities


Supports the Culinary Operation Coordinator with training, supervising, and directing dining room and service team members, including culinary students where necessary (in compliance with Culinary Instructor's directions).


Required Qualifications


Completion of a 1-year college certificate, one year University or equivalent.


Preferred Qualifications


Two (2) years of post-secondary training, completion of a community college certificate including trades apprenticeships or equivalent.
