The Coquitlam Grill is looking for a Dining Establishment Managing Supervisor to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant by supervising its productivity, and quality, and maintaining customer-service standards. Languages English Salary $26.44 p/h Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience 2 years to less than 3 years Work setting Urban area Personal suitability Accurate, Client focus, Dependability, Efficient interpersonal skills, Organized, Reliability, Team player Responsibilities -Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations -Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures -Conduct performance reviews -Organize and maintain inventory -Ensure health and safety regulations are followed -Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance -Address customers\' complaints or concerns -Provide customer service -Recruit, train and supervise staff -Supervision 5-10 people Transportation/travel information Public transportation is available Work conditions and physical capabilities -Fast-paced environment -Work under pressure -Repetitive tasks -Attention to detail -Combination of sitting, standing, walking -Standing for extended periods -Overtime required Location: Unit 108-2635 Barnet Hwy.
