What will you do:



Core Sales Responsibilities



Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting Deal Closing: Manage full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential clients within target markets ( publishers, associations, retail media and other potential sectors)

Client Relationship Management



Needs Assessment: Conduct discovery calls to understand client objectives and technical requirements Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals tailored to client needs Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

AdTech-Specific Activities



Technical Consultation: Explain ad serving capabilities, targeting options, and integration requirements Competitive Positioning: Articulate value proposition against competitors in the ad serving space

Administrative & Collaboration



CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM system Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with customer success, product and marketing team Market Intelligence: Gather and report competitive intelligence and market feedback

Communication & Follow-up



Proposal Development: Create customized proposals and pricing packages Contract Negotiation: Handle pricing discussions and contract terms within approved parameters Follow-up Management: Maintain consistent communication throughout lengthy sales cycles Post-Sale Transition: Ensure smooth handoff to implementation/customer success teams
