Digital Sales Account Executive

Job Description

As the Digital Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for consulting with customers, building relationships, and helping the Digital Sale organization to understand how their needs align so that we deliver seamlessly, and help them grow their business. This position will cover mid-market sales.

Responsibilities



Engage with the existing customer base to uncover upsell, cross sell and account growth opportunities. Build a robust understanding of Mid-Market accounting best practices and industry specific "jobs to be done" to identify gaps in customer processes and align with the business's ecosystem. Manage communications with multiple stakeholders from first engagement until the deal is closed. Maintain impeccable data hygiene in all business systems. Work cross functionally with other teams to solve customer problems. Provide valuable feedback to internal stakeholders to help improve team operations. Prospect for high quality leads in your defined vertical or territory. Be innovative, customer obsessed and embody integrity without compromise.

Qualifications



4 years of B2B sales experience responsible for acquiring mid-market customers and fast-growing SMBs. Experience using consultative selling methodologies (Spin, Challenger, Solution Selling). Strong deal negotiation and pipeline management skills. An ability to uncover business challenges and opportunities t help provide value. Self-motivation, excellent time management and attention to detail. An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity . Coachability and openness to feedback. Willingness to experiment with new strategies and best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good with a fast-paced, and non-structured environment. Experience in Fintech and/or financial systems a plus.
Sales Bonus Plan

Hybrid: Must be in Toronto office 3 days/week.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
