The Digital Retail Trainer at TRADER leads the implementation and integration of our industry leading Digital Retailing Platform. Each of our specialists is responsible for the successful launch of our digital retailing products; relevant to timeline, scope while meeting business requirements and strategy of the Dealer or Dealer Group. These projects contribute directly to Trader\'s revenue stream and customer engagement as measured through speed to billing, customer satisfaction, and customer churn.

The Digital Retailing Implementation Specialist\'s primary responsibility is to consolidate and coordinate the requirements of the client, collaborate with cross-function teams such as Onboarding Project Managers, Sales, Creative and third-party stakeholders, and launch a digital retailing experience that satisfies the client\'s overall online objectives.

The Digital Retailing Implementation Specialist is responsible for each digital retailing integration component, and its level of quality. The incumbent must manage each project effectively to maintain a steady flow of productivity throughout the process.

Must Have Experience

\xc2\xb7 Post-secondary Diploma

\xc2\xb7 At least 2-3 years\' experience in a client services / client support role

\xc2\xb7 Advanced in handling and troubleshooting data exports in Excel (VLOOKUP, index match, nested formulas, goal seek, manipulating data, etc.)

\xc2\xb7 Experience using Salesforce, MS Office Suites/G Suite

\xc2\xb7 Experience in automotive-related sales or SaaS

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of web technologies and their practical use on a website

\xc2\xb7 Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast paced, cross functional environment

\xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving skills, quick thinking and accurate

\xc2\xb7 Savvy with technology and capacity to become an expert in our software in a short period of time

\xc2\xb7 Impeccable attention to detail and sense of urgency is an absolute must

\xc2\xb7 Self-starter that is comfortable working with minimal oversight and tight deadlines

\xc2\xb7 Strong presentation skills, comfortable conversing with all levels at dealerships and third parties
