The company has opened up a new role to keep up with the growing number of digital projects they\'re working on. The company is in need of a skilled Digital Project Manager who will work alongside the internal Client Service team and external Development Partners. The main responsibility is to handle multiple digital campaigns and ensure their creative and technical aspects are properly developed. The Digital Project Manager will closely work with different stakeholders to create exceptional brand experiences both online and offline.
Note: This is a hybrid role, currently 2-3 days in the office located near Pearson Airport.
Essentials:
Work closely with clients to deliver excellent service and account growth.
Gather and interpret project requirements efficiently to allocate resources.
Use digital tools to enhance company strategy and performance.
Implement a new project management system and lead the development of a new website.
Develop and execute digital projects to increase customer ROI.
Collaborate with SEM Manager to improve SEO and increase traffic and conversions.
Analyze digital campaigns and report on web performance metrics.
Stay updated with the latest digital technology trends and foster effective communication among stakeholders.
Requirements:
5+ years of agency digital project management experience required.
Strong leadership, facilitation skills, and ability to manage deadlines.
Knowledge of web technologies, PM software, budget, and time tracking tools.
Experience managing large-scale e-commerce, marketing, and website projects.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
