Job Description


The Senior Digital Project Manager will play a key role at Stacktics Inc., while we create and maintain industry-leading quality and efficiency of service and software delivery. The Senior Project Manager will be expected to be a leader in fulfilling Project Management and overall client success responsibilities. Ultimately the Senior Digital Project Manager must own the process of setting, deploying and optimizing task management systems and processes that best suit Stacktics clients? needs. The Senior Digital Project Manager will be expected to ensure that this work transcends project walls, being accountable to the enablement of the broader Project Management function spanning all Stacktics working areas. Working collaboratively with Stacktics team members, the Senior Digital Project Manager will play a primary role in ensuring that the full PM function is enabled to actively investigate and evaluate client requests, as well as lead verification of deliverables and execution of projects while effectively forecasting internal resourcing. As with all functions at Stacktics, the PM practice area is expected to continuously improve and the Senior Digital Project Manager will play a key role in architecting and implementing this evolution. The Senior Digital Project Manager will be directly supporting the Functional Lead, PMO in collaboration with the Stacktics Data Systems, Account Management and Digital Ecosystems Teams. The successful candidate will support the organization and workflow management of back-end and client-facing work that the Stacktics team is engaged in. Key Responsibilities:

  • This individual would report to the Functional Lead, PMO and be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and assisting other Stacktics team members through scope clarity and delivery of insights, code, and reports
  • Setting, delivering directly and supporting others in leveraging best practices for:
  • Maintenance and administration of, and responsibility for JIRA, Google Drive, Slack and other relevant systems used to manage internal workflow, time tracking and delivery
  • Maintenance and administration of, and responsibility for any project management systems used to collaborate and coordinate with client stakeholders (will vary by client)
  • The management and tracking of budget/hours estimates, Stacktics team?s tracked hours, clients? Work Orders, Statements of Work, Time Reconciliations and associated invoicing
  • Continuous optimization of our business success, meticulously managing resource distribution to ensure that all projects are economically justified
  • Working closely with all applicable Stacktics team members to ensure understanding of and adherence to our Project Management processes
  • Continuously adapting Stacktics? Project Management processes and systems to the evolving needs of the team
  • Act as the main point of contact for Stacktics? clients when needed, particularly prior to Stacktics bringing in Account Manager resources who can deliver against increasing client need as the company grows
  • Manage and track time/cost estimates, Stacktics? team?s tracked hours, clients? Work Orders, Statements of Work, Time Reconciliations and associated invoicing
  • Collaborate with Stacktics team members on significant initiatives/deliverables as they arise
  • Maintain client satisfaction and happiness with Stacktics? deliverables and day-to-day work
  • Take ownership of a core component of Stacktics? business:
  • Stacktics will entrust you with the development and oversight of all Project Management-related systems and processes

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years experience in Project Management
  • Post-Secondary education ? University graduate or college degree in marketing or project management 
  • Expert-level understanding of JIRA administration & workflows
  • Cloud technology projects, and CI/CD methodologies considered an asset 
  • Experience and/or knowledge of enterprise marketing, analytics and data platforms 
  • Superior communication skills
  • Ability to balance a high volume of initiatives in varying states of completion 
  • Highly developed organizational skills 
  • Strength in budget management 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
