About the Role - Digital Project Manager
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an experienced project manager to join our team - someone who knows the satisfaction of being a servant leader and is eager to work with a team of project managers in a fun and supportive environment. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a charismatic collaborator who can deliver software projects while ensuring everyone on their team has what they need to produce their best work. Thoughtfulness, patience, a sense of humour, and an eye for detail are essential.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

• Working in close collaboration with our teams, clients, and partners to help scope, estimate, and deliver engaging projects, including enterprise solutions, mobile apps, and AI solutions.
• Managing your teams throughout the project life cycle\xe2\x80\x94driving day-to-day production, running sprints, balancing priorities, and tracking progress.
• Ensuring quality of deliverables while maintaining project profitability.
• Facilitating communication with and between all stakeholders throughout all phases of the work: estimation, kickoff, creative concept, execution, testing, support, and reporting.
• Going beyond PM basics to build strong relationships with client teams, internal teams, and our partners.
• Generating and presenting a regular cadence of project status reports for key stakeholders with ongoing risk management strategies.

What You Bring to the Party

• At least 3 years of experience working as a client-facing project manager in a software development environment. This is a must-have requirement for this role.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• You\xe2\x80\x99re a strong influencer with excellent communication skills and are able to work with diverse groups and align teams around common goals.
• You\xe2\x80\x99re client-focused and bring a professional attitude with stellar interpersonal skills. You\xe2\x80\x99re able to resolve conflicts with empathy.
• You embrace and navigate change quickly, which is essential in our fast-paced environment.
• You\xe2\x80\x99re a storyteller\xe2\x80\x94you have a knack for weaving together information from Design, Engineering, and Business to form a straightforward and engaging narrative that clients can get behind.
• You have a working knowledge of ClickUp and/or other similar software.
• Some knowledge of coding and/or working with Unity is an asset but not a hard requirement for this role. Professional experience as a developer is not required.
