The Digital Media Specialist will drive the strong performance of paid media programs, facilitating the achievement of campaign and business objectives for our clients.



WHAT YOU WILL DO





Digital Media Campaigns


Participate in the development of media plans and media plan proposals for clients showcasing KPIs to determine success for B2C, B2B, and Pharma brands. Research and recommend improvement options for media programs, including paid search, paid social, programmatic, retail media and other digital media channels Gather and develop campaign elements for set-up (ad text, tracking, keywords, etc) Develop text ads as required Deploy/upload/traffic/QA campaigns on self serve platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic DSPs Engage with partner firms Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, ensuring budgets and outcomes are inline with objectives Develop and implement optimization strategies to improve the performance of campaigns Ensure the consistent and proper evolution of the digital media program within client campaigns and implementation of best practices Provide insights into and recommended action items based on campaign performance Support budget reconciliation efforts

Assistance with completion of general departmental tasks, as required



WHAT YOU WILL BRING




Experience


Previous experience in a similar role (1 plus years) University degree or college diploma in a related field

Skills


Knowledge of how to manage campaigns within digital media platforms Knowledge of Analytics tools (specifically Google Analytics), including setting up of UTM tagging, dashboards and data extraction for reporting Working knowledge of setting up dashboards within Looker Studio Knowledge of AI enabled media tools such as DCO Strong analytical skills Strong written and oral communication skills Strong presentation skills * Creative and innovative in approach
