About the Role
This role is more than just execution. You'll own the full funnel--from strategy and media planning to campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. You'll collaborate closely with our account and creative teams to translate client goals into effective digital media plans and deliver measurable results. You'll bring both strategic thinking and hands-on expertise to the table, helping our clients navigate a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Build cross-channel media strategies aligned with client objectives, audience targeting, and budgets
Lead the development of paid media plans across Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and Programmatic platforms
Present plans and recommendations to clients and internal teams with clarity and confidence
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and platform partners
Execution & Optimization
Set up, launch, and manage digital campaigns in-platform (hands-on execution required)
Monitor daily performance and optimize for KPIs (CPV, CPC, CPM)
Conduct A/B testing, refine audiences, and rotate creative to improve performance
Troubleshoot tracking and technical issues (e.g., pixels, tags, attribution setup)
Manage client budgets with agility, adapting quickly to mid-campaign changes
Reporting & Analysis
Build and deliver clear, actionable performance reports
Analyze data and translate insights into strategic recommendations
Communicate learnings to both internal teams and clients in a proactive, solutions-oriented way
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on experience managing digital media campaigns in an agency or client-side environment
Proven experience planning and executing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, YouTube & Google Ads (Search & Display), TikTok Ads Manager, X Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Programmatic DSPs
Strong understanding of media metrics, audience segmentation, tracking, and attribution
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns with fast-paced, frequent creative rotations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Well-organized with strong attention to detail, time management, and project coordination skills
Bonus Points For:
Experience working with entertainment or lifestyle brands
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and third-party DSPs
Certification in Meta, Google, or other ad platforms
Copywriting or creative development experience
Experience in Canadian content marketing or audience development
