Summary We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an innovative, progressive thinker to join our team in developing digital strategies and media plans that will connect our clients with their audiences online, whether in Canada, North America, or around the world. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with Think Shift\xe2\x80\x99s clients, digital team and account services departments on several national and global brands. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be looked to as the expert on how to embrace new innovations in digital marketing, to effectively execute digital strategies and media plans, and how to improve results across clients\xe2\x80\x99 existing digital channels. You\xe2\x80\x99ll build innovative campaign strategies that leverage data-backed insight in order to support our client\xe2\x80\x99s goals. You understand the modern digital advertising landscape and bring the best recommendations to our clients. You will bring support to our digital team and ensure the campaigns are expertly built, managed and reported. Responsibilities 45% Digital Media Strategy, Planning and Reporting

  • Accountable for the development of client digital strategy across Think Shift\xe2\x80\x99s client portfolio.
  • Lead the digital discovery process for clients, identifying needs and pain-points to improve digital marketing solutions and help clients evolve digitally.
  • Establish departmental processes and best-practices for conducting audience research, segmentation, and persona development.
  • Develop new and improve existing targeting strategies to connect with client audiences, identifying key channels and platforms to best reach potential customers.
  • Incorporate industry best-practices into media planning and performance analysis systems, ensuring Think Shift is delivering industry-leading strategy, planning, and reporting to clients.
  • Management of digital media vendors relationships, updating media offerings to reflect potential new services and technologies for Think Shift\xe2\x80\x99s digital offerings.
  • Provide guidance on skills development and technology training for digital staff, identifying areas of improvement to ensure the digital department is maintaining unrivalled digital marketing capabilities and service offerings.
30% Campaign and Project Management
  • Create project timelines and deliverables for review with account services and clients, ensuring clear expectations are set across departments and team members.
  • Establish and ensure implementation of best-practices in campaign management, naming, data collection, and optimization processes.
  • Plan budgets, build report templates, and create campaign across digital platforms.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in developing campaigns, optimizing campaign performance, and developing analysis of campaign results.
  • Establish optimization schedules to monitor and improve campaign performance, working closely with supporting team members to ensure outstanding campaign results.
15% Digital Operations
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Director and Workflow Manager to determine project resource requirements across campaigns and clients.
  • Delegate responsibility for digital planning and execution to members of the digital?team.
  • Monitor and evaluate inter-departmental processes for campaign planning and execution, identifying areas of inefficiency and potential failure, and developing solutions for greater efficiency and cross-departmental collaboration.
10% Sales Support
  • Support new business development initiatives as needed, providing support materials and strategic guidance for digital marketing proposals and pitches.
  • Provide guidance for Think Shift\xe2\x80\x99s sales team in developing digital strategies to improve inbound marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience with 2 years agency experience.
  • Minimum 2 years managing projects and campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with creating digital marketing strategies and campaign execution.
  • Strong presentation skills as well as written and verbal English language communication.
  • High proficiency and comfortability with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications preferred.
