Digital Marketing Strategist
to own our performance marketing and analytics.Location: Harley, Ontario
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Run paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and industry platforms. Manage ad spend and deliver clear, actionable reporting. Track and improve website traffic, engagement, and conversions. Align paid + organic strategies with the content and web teams.
WHAT YOU BRING:
3-5 years of digital marketing experience (B2B or construction industry a plus). Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, SEO. Strong analytics and reporting skills. Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion strategy. Bonus: CRM, retargeting, or automation experience.
