- Role Overview

We are looking for a

Digital Marketing Coordinator

with strong hands-on experience in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and various digital advertising platforms.

The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing paid campaigns that deliver measurable results. Experience with

Amazon and open-market platforms

is a strong asset. Even with

1-2 years of experience

, if you are confident in running performance-driven campaigns and analyzing data, we want to hear from you.

- Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize

Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital ad campaigns

. Manage performance marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and ROAS. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers in Canada and the U.S. Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and insights. Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, search, display, email, affiliate). Manage and optimize digital storefronts on

Amazon and other open-market platforms.

Collaborate with internal sales/marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and propose new opportunities for growth.
- Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related fields. Proven hands-on experience with

Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management

. Strong knowledge of digital advertising metrics (CTR, CPA, CPC, ROAS, etc.). Experience with

Amazon Seller Central or other open-market platforms

. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Ability to lead and execute campaigns independently while collaborating within a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00-$5,500.00 per month
