About the Role

We're looking for a

Digital Marketing Specialist

who lives and breathes digital performance--someone who knows how to combine

SEO

,

Google Ads

, and smart strategy to deliver real results.

This is a

hybrid full-time position

, with

2-3 days per week in our Calgary office

and the rest remote. You'll collaborate closely with our SEO, design, and development teams to drive measurable growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and optimize

SEO

and

Google Ads

campaigns for multiple clients. Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building, and reporting. Manage and analyze ad performance, budgets, and conversion tracking. Update and maintain client websites using

WordPress

. Use tools like

Google Analytics

,

Semrush

, and

Ahrefs

for performance tracking. Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams about goals and results. Stay updated with digital trends and bring new ideas to the table.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in

digital marketing

,

SEO

, and

Google Ads

. Proficient with

WordPress

and comfortable managing website updates. Strong understanding of analytics, tracking, and campaign optimization. Excellent communication and project-management skills. Results-focused mindset with attention to detail. Experience using Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools is a plus.
