We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help amplify our message, grow our digital presence, and engage key audiences across multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to use your creativity, technical skills, and strategic thinking to support programs that make a real difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram,Eventbrite, etc.) to promote Vocational Services programs, success stories, and community partnerships.
  • Create engaging digital content including graphics, videos, infographics, and written posts using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Maintain and update website pages, ensuring information isaccurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational branding and messaging.
  • Collaborate with program leads and communications teams to support marketing campaigns and digital initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure all digital content meets accessibility and privacy standards.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and recommend innovative approaches to enhance audience engagement.
  • Conduct and analyze labour market research and support RFP's and business proposals.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing social media accounts and digital content for an organization or brand.
  • Proficiencywithgraphics and design inAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.),Canva, and/or other designsoftware.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, website content management systems (CMS), and SEO principles.
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and prepare summary reports.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience invideographyand editing would be considered an asset.
