*DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALISTABOUT:
Founded in 2014 in Vancouver, URstore is quickly becoming an e-commerce leader supplying custom 'decorated' (print & embroidered) clothing to our customers (Schools, Sports Orgs & Businesses) using URstore's unique proprietary software. We offer brands including Duer, Ogio, Nike, Russel, Champion, North Face, Herschel and much more. We strive to 'make a difference' offering a fundraising service to help support our customer communities.As URstore's Marketing Specialist, U'll report directly to the founder and will be responsible for a variety of functions that are uniquely intertwined due to the nature of our digital business platform. U'll multi-task between Creative campaigns (Mail Chimp), Website / data base maintenance, UX and various other marketing tasks to help achieve sales goals.Along with our small-but-mighty team, U'll help support our sales efforts. U'll bring creativity and a 'can do attitude' to help with marketing tasks that drive business development and sales target goals. URstore's vibe is like being part of a family. The candidate will be responsible for a variety of marketing duties and tasks including but not limited to;1) Data base marketing promo campaigns (sent via Mail Chimp)* Plan, create and deploy marketing campaigns for our 2 main data bases
* 'Shopper' data base promos / sales - drive / increase traffic to retail 'shoppers' / online store customers
* 'Store Subscribers' data base - prompt subscribers to our Group / bulk apparel order services
* Ensure relevant and timely communications and promotions to our customer data bases.
* Measure and evaluate e-mail marketing strategies.4) Website UX* Understand and become an expert on the nuanced elements of URstore's powerful new proprietary software platform (URstore.ca) to ensure an excellent user experience.
* You will use your very logical self, a keen eye for detail and creativity to help identify and deliver the very best user experience for our customers.
* Create & revise existing website banners and landing pages
* Monitor & QA websites for continuous improvements and best user experienceCOMPETENCIES: * Marketing diploma or relevant education
* Basic level Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator and Photoshop)
* A strong entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiastic, self-motivated & computer savvy.
* Creative mind however with good attention to detail and implementation skills.
* Excellent editing, writing and proofreading skills.
