Role Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Canadian Dental Services. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to attract new patients, enhance brand awareness, and improve patient engagement.
This is an onsite position, based at our Yonge & Bloor Office in Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with the overall business objectives of CDS - Davis.
Oversee organic and paid media: Manage organic and paid media campaigns, including PPC and Meta advertising, to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
Optimize SEO and content strategy: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
Manage organic social media: Develop and maintain a consistent social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content and building a strong online community.
Create and manage assets: Oversee the development and management of digital assets, such as graphics, videos, and blog posts.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns: Create targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage with existing patients, and promote orthodontic services.
Manage website: Manage a network of clinic websites. Ensure websites are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
Implement CRM automations: Utilize CRM software to automate marketing processes, personalize communications, and track customer interactions.
Analyze and report on performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
