Role Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Canadian Dental Services & Davis Orthodontics. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to attract new patients, enhance brand awareness, and improve patient engagement.
This is a full-time in-office position based at our Yonge & Bloor location in Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with the overall business objectives of CDS - Davis.
Oversee organic and paid media: Manage organic and paid media campaigns, including PPC and Meta advertising, to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.
Optimize SEO and content strategy: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
Manage organic social media: Develop and maintain a consistent social media presence across various platforms, creating engaging content and building a strong online community.
Create and manage assets: Oversee the development and management of digital assets, such as graphics, videos, and blog posts.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns: Create targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage with existing patients, and promote orthodontic services.
Manage website: Manage a network of clinic websites. Ensure websites are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
Implement CRM automations: Utilize CRM software to automate marketing processes, personalize communications, and track customer interactions.
Analyze and report on performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
