Connectify Media is seeking a

Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist

to join our team, focusing on the landscaping division. This role bridges online marketing with sales growth -- you will be responsible for managing social media platforms, website updates, CRM engagement, content creation, and client development to expand our landscaping services.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Mandarin, has experience with Facebook, Instagram, websites, and CRM systems, and enjoys combining digital strategy with direct client engagement in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Manage

Facebook, Instagram, and website content

, ensuring consistent branding and engaging campaigns. Use the

CRM platform

to track leads, follow up with clients, and maintain a structured sales pipeline. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and community outreach to drive brand awareness and sales. Visit landscaping project sites to gather photos/videos for content and case studies. Create marketing materials (social media posts, brochures, ads, presentations). Identify and reach out to potential clients through digital channels, networking, and referrals. Support the sales team with proposals, quotes, and presentations. Communicate with clients in both English and Mandarin to build trust and close opportunities. Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to improve digital strategy and market positioning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.

Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, websites (WordPress), and CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, etc.).

Skills in photography/videography and graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator). Proven experience in digital marketing, sales, or client-facing roles. Knowledge of landscaping, construction, or outdoor-related industries is an asset. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Local travel to project sites required (driver's license preferred).
