As a Digital Marketing Specialist at The CMM, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients grow their contracting businesses. You'll support our Client Success Manager in delivering a done-with-you service that builds out backend systems, launches ads, and trains clients to confidently manage their own lead generation.

You'll be the behind-the-scenes engine that makes it all run smoothly. From setting up automations to writing and customizing ad copy to getting campaigns live. This isn't just about doing tasks. It's about helping our clients get real results and helping them feel empowered to handle it on their own.

This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You'll be working virtually with multiple clients, communicating regularly with our internal team, and contributing to a high-touch client experience. You'll need to juggle a lot of moving parts, stay organized, and communicate clearly - both with teammates and clients.

This is a support-focused role, but it can also be a stepping stone. We want someone who can grow into a Client Success Manager themselves - someone who's hungry, reliable, and excited to build a meaningful career in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:



- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing consistent, professional support throughout their marketing journey.

- Set up backend tech for clients, including automations, integrations (e.g., Zapier, GoHighLevel, Meta, etc)

- Writing and customizing ad copy and scripts using proven frameworks and templates.

- Creating or updating client Facebook pages

- Edit video ads for clients

- Media buying activities (launching, auditing, and reporting on ad performance)

- Respond to client questions with patience and clarity, providing thoughtful, actionable solutions

- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure seamless delivery and client handoffs.

- Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues or roadblocks before they affect client outcomes.

- Assist in gathering testimonials, case studies, and success stories that showcase client wins.

- Uphold the company's reputation by ensuring all interactions reflect our core values: Playing full out, doing what you say you'll do, and Leave things better than you found them.

Results:



- Client backend systems and ads are launched accurately and on schedule.

- High client satisfaction with onboarding and support processes.

- Positive client feedback reflected in surveys, reviews, and testimonials.

- Contribution to client retention and program satisfaction through reliable support.

Requirements:



- Must be familiar with marketing platforms like Ads Manager, GHL, Zapier or similar tools.

- Must be someone who can just figure things out when needed. At times, this role requires you to solve problems quickly and without a ton of direction.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for clients.

- Comfortable working independently, managing multiple deadlines and following through on commitments.

- Copywriting ability to adjust tone and language of ads based on client needs.

- Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow.

- Experience working in a remote, fast-paced environment is a plus

- Must have your own reliable computer

Schedule:



- Flexible schedule, primarily Monday to Friday

- Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required based on client needs or deadlines

- Remote role based in Ontario, Canada (preference for Ontario residents due to time zone alignment and team events)

Compensation:



- $40,000 - $50,000 per year with opportunities for growth and advancement
