Role Overview
We are seeking a
Digital Marketing Specialist
to strengthen AMG's online presence and accelerate customer adoption. The role combines
SEO, social media advertising, and digital campaign execution
with a focus on adoption growth and measurable performance.
The ideal candidate is bilingual (English & French), a strong copywriter, and has a solid understanding of
paid media strategy--especially LinkedIn Ads
for B2B growth. Experience in mature or structured organizations is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Content Optimization
Optimize product descriptions, brand pages, and landing pages for search performance and conversion.
Conduct A/B testing of content to improve reach and lower CPA.
Monitor SEO KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
Social Media & Paid Media
Plan and execute
social campaigns
with a focus on paid performance.
Lead and optimize
LinkedIn Ads
campaigns for awareness, adoption, and lead generation.
Write strong bilingual copy for ads, posts, and campaign assets.
Track performance and report monthly on reach, CTR, and engagement.
Digital Marketing & Adoption
Write and deploy
Klaviyo lifecycle flows
(welcome, adoption, retention, reactivation).
Own adoption landing pages (ordering guides, testimonials, FAQ) from brief to publication.
Develop
customer success stories / case studies
(6 per year) to support adoption messaging.
Build
quarterly adoption kits
for the sales team (email templates, FAQ sheets, client messaging).
Report on adoption performance (email CTR, landing page conversions, case study usage).
Qualifications
3-5 years in
digital marketing
, with proven skills in
SEO, paid media, and social advertising
.
Strong understanding of
LinkedIn Ads
and B2B campaign strategy.
Bilingual (English & French) with excellent copywriting ability.
Hands-on experience with
Klaviyo
or similar marketing automation tools.
Experience in
mature organizations
an asset (structured processes, KPI ownership, cross-functional collaboration).
