Digital Marketing Specialist

Marketing Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for Festo North America. This position will include managing SEO, SEA, social media advertising, retargeting, and reporting. This role will conceptualize, execute, manage, and analyze all digital marketing campaigns with the target to attract new prospects, collect leads and generate sales. Location: Mississauga, ON or Islandia, NY Travel: 5% Duties of this Job Include:

  • Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across the US and Canada for all Festo business lines, including but not limited to search engine advertising (SEA), search engine optimization (SEO), display remarketing, and social media marketing (SMM).
  • Conceptualize, execute, manage and analyze paid online campaigns to generate brand awareness, drive traffic to ecommerce site, collect leads and generate online sales.
  • Manage campaigns on multiple platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing platform vendors to better enhance campaign performance, and to learn about new tools and new methods, providing recommendations to their usage to the marketing leadership.
  • Support development of content for digital marketing campaigns that aligns with corporate communications, branding, marketing campaigns, trade show exhibitions and distribution partners.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis to meet the established KPIs for each campaign.
  • Utilize analytic and reporting platforms to produce regular reports on digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Agorapulse, Hootsuite, facelift and Econda.
  • Analyze campaigns and provide recommendations to improve them to generate maximum ROI.
  • Research and analyze competitor digital marketing performance to provide recommendations.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing communications to develop new campaign concepts, messaging, and timing of campaign launches.
  • Develop, execute, and analyze social media marketing activities to drive Web traffic and conversions.
  • Support social media planning and execution for US and Canada, including but not limited to content calendar management, content development, posting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other marketing channels to ensure effective cross-channel strategy and a seamless customer journey.
  • Manage digital marketing budget, providing monthly reports on spending with recommendations to maximize use of available budget.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or related field
  • Google Ads certified with 7+ years proven experience in search engine advertising as well as successfully managing SEA campaigns in a B2B environment
  • Well-versed in organic and paid search, retargeting, conversion tracking and online customer acquisition
  • Able to collect, gather, visualize and analyze information in detail and therefore, make decisions the most effective way
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening
  • Excellent organizational, planning and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
  • Strong time management skills required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of overall digital trends and resources
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn
  • Graphic design experience a plus
  • Multilingual in English and either Spanish or French a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $74,000.00-$84,000.00 per year Benefits:
