We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Dieppe, NB.Position Overview:We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement our digital marketing strategies, enhance our online presence, and support our growth initiatives across Atlantic Canada.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize company's digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

• Create and maintain content for social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook)

• Manage Google Ads campaigns and optimize for maximum ROI

• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and prepare performance reports

• Develop and implement SEO strategies

• Create engaging content for website and marketing materials

• Collaborate with investigation and security teams to highlight service offerings

• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing

• Proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns

• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms

• Experience with SEO/SEM and content marketing

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French

• French language proficiency is an asset
