Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced
Digital Marketing Specialist
to lead the development and execution of digital strategies across our family of brands. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives in a multi-brand environment, and is comfortable juggling diverse tasks--from managing social media and PPC campaigns to updating websites and creating compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Advertising:
Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads (PPC) and social media advertising campaigns
Monitor and analyze ad performance and ROI, making real-time adjustments
Social Media Management:
Create and curate content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Engage with audiences and respond to messages/comments in a brand-aligned tone
Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
Website & SEO:
Update and maintain multiple websites using WordPress, Shopify, or other platforms
Perform on-page SEO optimizations and monitor keyword rankings
Collaborate with developers or designers as needed
Content Creation:
Design and publish digital assets (ads, banners, reels, videos, etc.)
Write copy for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
Email Marketing:
Create and manage newsletters and promotional campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact
Monitor open rates, click-throughs, and conversions
Brand Management:
Maintain consistent voice, look, and feel across all platforms for each brand
Track brand sentiment and customer feedback to inform messaging
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a multi-brand or agency setting
Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
Strong working knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify), email marketing tools, and Canva/Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to adapt tone and messaging for various brand identities
Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation, storytelling, and digital trends
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Preferred)
Video editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut)
Photography and graphic design
Experience with Zapier, CRM systems, or automations
Basic HTML/CSS

Pay: $41,600.00-$52,000.00 per year
