Who'll You Be Joining:

You will be joining an amazing team of marketers and creatives that exude authenticity and are focused on delivering meaningful impact to customers lives and to the environment.

You are a driven digital marketing expert who is naturally curious about the latest developments in the digital marketing space. You will support ecobee's Digital Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating and executing paid media campaigns that promote ecobee's brand, products, and services. In this role, you will help manage campaign planning, execution and reporting.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• You will execute campaigns within key media channels including, but not limited to; Amazon Advertising, SEM, Display, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
• You will monitor campaign performance, optimize, and communicate campaign results to key stakeholders.
• You will help implement, manage, and optimize display and video buys in various DSPs.
• You will deliver timely and insightful reports based on campaign data analysis and at a regular cadence.
• You will assist in the evaluation of new tools, opportunities, and enhancements in the advertising space.

What you'll bring to the Table:

• Relevant experience in a digital marketing role. Experience with Amazon Advertising or SEM an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, social sciences, or a business-related field.
• Hands-on experience of digital advertising operations (trafficking digital campaigns) via major networks like Google, Facebook, Amazon, or programmatic DSPs.
• Experience with data and campaign analysis.
• Adept at working in a highly collaborative, fast paced, and agile environment.
• Solution-oriented and a team player who can work with minimal supervision.
• Technology industry knowledge or background an asset.
• Just so you know: The hired candidate will be required to complete a background check.

Interview Process.

• A 30-minute phone/video call with a member in Talent Acquisition
• A first round virtual interview with a cross-functional group of ecopeeps - expect technical, behavioural and situational questions
• If your first-round interview goes well, you can expect a second round with the team and a final decision will be made.

Our people are empowered to take ownership of their schedules with workflows that allow for flexible hours. Based on your job, you have an option of office, hybrid or fully remote work. It is our top priority to keep employees safe. As we continue to take measures to keep employees safe in our offices, we have adopted a mandatory vaccine policy to be present in the physical Toronto office or other ecobee sponsored events in Ontario as of November 1, 2021. As such, to be in our office, it is required to acknowledge a formal attestation and submit accompanying proof of vaccination status. For the foreseeable future, we will be conducting our interviews and onboarding sessions through video. New team members will also be starting remotely, with all necessary equipment provided and shipped to them.
