The head office, located in Cambridge where you will be working a hybrid mix of in-office/ work from home. We support these independent businesses by providing marketing and data management services for them. We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about all aspects of digital marketing and understands the importance small business has in local Canadian communities. We\xe2\x80\x99re a tight knit team with lots of exciting projects \xe2\x80\x93 join us! Responsibilities: Your duties will include:

• Maintain updates to corporate and dealer websites and continuously identify opportunities for enhancements
• Build HTML email campaigns and report on their success
• Research and copywriting for corporate and dealer websites, blogs and social media channels
• Source & create eCommerce product content that enhances the buyer experience
• Manage SEO & SEM strategies for corporate & dealer websites
• Contribute to UI development and UX optimization projects
• Execute, monitor and report on PPC campaigns
• Troubleshoot technical issues on websites as required
• Report and analyze on KPIs for all digital channels
• Attend occasional offsite meetings and industry conferences

Qualifications:

• University or College Degree in a field that includes marketing, communications or web design
• A minimum of two years experience in a related field or job
• Website management experience (HTML5, CSS, WordPress)
• Strong knowledge of SEO & SEM best practices
• Familiarity with managing multiple social media channels
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc)
• Experienced with Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, Ads, etc)
• Excellent copywriting skills with a high attention to detail
• Great problem solver and time management capabilities
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills and superior customer service skills
• The ability to receive and incorporate feedback/input from individuals across all levels of the organization
