We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who blends creativity with technical skill -- someone who can bring our brand to life online, manage digital channels with precision, and help more Canadians discover the joy of RVing.

You'll support our multi-location marketing operations by managing digital content, maintaining online inventory, creating engaging social media and website assets, and monitoring customer sentiment. This role blends hands-on creative production, website and CMS management, analytics tracking, and campaign coordination.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Manage and update website content, inventory listings, and digital assets through our CMS
Ensure accurate and appealing presentation of RV inventory (photos, floorplans, videos, overlays)
Create and schedule engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google My Business
Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and social mentions to maintain brand reputation
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support digital ad campaigns and promotions
Design graphics for web and social media using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Contribute to blog and email content promoting RV tips, lifestyle insights, and dealership specials
Assist with video creation and editing for RV walkarounds, product highlights, and campaigns
Prepare and maintain basic digital performance reports (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
Weekly & Monthly duties:
Coordinate and publish the "Deal of the Week" campaign across website and social platforms
Track sold units and update listings across platforms (Kijiji, TradePending, AutoCorp, etc.)
Pull analytics and sentiment reports for internal review and ongoing optimization
Support seasonal and national marketing campaigns through social, print, and email execution
Experience & Skills:
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or related role
Solid understanding of website management and content uploads (CMS familiarity required; HTML basics an asset)
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for creating on-brand marketing materials
Experience managing social media platforms (Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, YouTube)
Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, UTM tagging, and basic SEO principles
Strong writing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail and brand tone
Organized multitasker who can handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Bonus assets:
Familiarity with the RV, automotive, or outdoor recreation industry
Experience with MailChimp and video editing software
Understanding of ad attribution, lead tracking, or digital reporting
