We're looking for a strategic
Marketing Specialist
to help us bring it all to life--across blog content, SEO, social, partnerships, and campaign execution.
What You'll Do
You'll be the creative engine behind our most important marketing programs. This role is hands-on, strategic, and varied.
Own Our Blog & SEO Content Engine
Write and publish ~20 B2B SaaS articles over 3 months
Use our positioning, SEO briefs, and trained AI (plus your own AI superpowers)
Collaborate closely on content calendar, angles, and optimization
Apply SEO best practices (headers, structure, interlinking, meta, etc.)
Publish and Polish in Webflow
Upload and format blog posts in our CMS
Create (or prompt AI tools to create) relevant blog images
Handle everything from tags to meta descriptions to layout
Distribute & Repurpose Content Creatively
Turn long-form blogs into LinkedIn posts, carousels, and community nuggets
Post across LinkedIn and niche IT/sysadmin communities
Come up with fun, smart, scroll-stopping ways to bring our content to life
Track Performance & Optimize
Report weekly/monthly on content engagement and traffic
Use HubSpot, Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
Spot what's working and pitch new experiments
Support Other Campaigns (Light but Impactful)
Help coordinate webinars (promotion, invites, reminders)
Support podcast and short-form video production (scripts, titles, summaries)
Identify and reach out to ideal SMEs, guests, and content partners from our ICP
You'll Thrive If You...
Are a
T-shaped marketer
with strength in content/SEO but exposure to campaigns, community, and coordination
Write sharp, human, non-generic copy--and know how to prompt AI to help, not hinder
Are
highly organized
with great attention to detail--you make chaos manageable
Have experience with
Webflow

Google Analytics
, and other modern tools
Can run point on projects and juggle multiple deliverables with autonomy
Have strong opinions about
good marketing

Gotten your content to rank, perform, and convert
Helped organize and run webinars, podcasts, or editorial partnerships
Grown an audience on LinkedIn or niche online communities
Built a blog or content engine from scratch--or helped scale one
