Primary Responsibilities:
Strategy
Develop and execute marketing strategies designed to deliver revenue growth within the defined channels.
Brand Equity
Ensure proper use of all trademarks
Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with and strengthen our brand promise.
Industry Knowledge
A good understanding of our customer segments and the competitive landscape and the ability to use this to craft insightful campaigns.
Work with Data Analyst to Execute customer surveys as required to obtain deeper knowledge.
Monitor industry websites and merchandising tools.
Planning and Budgets
Create and implement the annual Digital Marketing plan in collaboration with the Vice President, Growth Strategies and Marketing.
Create digital marketing budgets in collaboration with Vice President, Growth Strategies and Marketing.
Analyze, monitor and interpret company and department annual and monthly budgets providing commentary to executives when variances are presented.
Product Marketing
A large portion of the role is centered on product marketing.
Responsible to remain familiar and current with company product line.
Development of sales tools
Website
Manage the daily tasks associated with the website.
Continually improve the UI and CX based on analytics.
Manage external website developers and other website related partners.
Keep all website content up to date and accurate including product images, specifications, descriptions, contact information etc.
Support all new product launches
Regularly updating CMS pages on the company websites
Respond to internal questions and comments related to the website
Lead internal and external website training
Ensure internal processes and website procedures are kept up to date as changes are made to the website.
Ensure the website reflects all internal process changes
Analytics and SEO
Regularly reviewing website analytics and reporting/presenting to all key internal stakeholder
Interpret website analytics to develop new strategies and tactics to enhance the websites performance
Recommend any UX and or UI changes based of off analytics
Ensure the customer journey is optimized
Manage SEO and ensure best practices are implemented for all company websites
Work with external SEO consultants when necessary
Frequently review competitors' online presence and provide a monthly update to key internal stakeholders
Advertising
Collaborate with team on all digital advertising across multiple platforms
Carry out PPC campaigns on Google and industry related digital platforms
Leverage industry memberships and industry publications to maximize digital exposure
Communications
Develop and execute lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns
Internal and External Digital Projects
Lead the development of internal and external digital projects that enhance the customer experience.
People
Manage a team of 2 graphic designers (shared service) ensuring priorities are clearly set, project deadlines are met and the team is supported and engaged.
Responsible for hiring, performance management and progressive discipline if required for these roles.
Metrics
Work with data analysts to develop and measure KPIs
Work with data analyst to evaluate campaigns and optimize marketing efforts.
General
Working with internal Graphic Designer to have all imagery regularly updated within our brand standards
Coordinate multiple projects, working with cross?functional team members, including internal and external resources
Collaboratively work with internal stakeholders to help with general marketing content creation, editing and proofing
Responsible for remaining familiar and current with company product line while understanding the markets the company services
Have a full understanding of all Marketing roles within the department. Must be prepared to cross train to support team members as needed
Expected to become fully functional within Sage X3 ERP, Hubspot and Spiro

Proven Skills, Abilities, and Attributes:
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related degree
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams
Proficient with Google analytics
Experience with website CMS tools
Social media advertising experience
Experience working with external consultants
Proficiency in MS Office Products is required with an emphasis on manipulating large sets of data in Excel
Assets
Experience in brand development and implementation would be preferred
Copywriting experience
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Ability to read and write in French
Experience with Sage X3 ERP
Working Conditions:
Hybrid work environment between the office (2 days minimum) and at home.
Majority of work is computer related; therefore, the job is desk oriented
Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
Two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute lunch are offered in one full working day.
