About the Role
We are looking for a values-driven, growth-minded Digital Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team. This role will take ownership of our digital platforms, partnerships, and processes -- ensuring our brand shows up consistently, authentically, and with measurable impact across every channel.
As the lead for digital, you'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution: building or augmenting campaigns, challenging partners, analyzing results, and rolling up your sleeves when needed. You'll play a key role in setting and tracking yearly key initiatives for Marketing, especially from a digital standpoint, while ensuring cohesion across all streams of the team.

Key Responsibilities
Platform & Partnership Management
Oversee and manage partnerships, processes, and opportunities across Google, Meta, POS, Givex, web, app, and 3rd-party delivery platforms. Some support around Hubspot will be required, so a basic knowledge of CRM software is ideal.
Serve as the internal lead for these platforms, guiding strategy, creative and execution - in some cases partnering with vendors, in others being hands-on.
Stay up to date with emerging digital tools and AI applications; recommend and oversee new initiatives that support growth.
Campaigns & Content
Collaborate with internal and external teams on campaign planning and execution, especially as it relates to digital.
Attend photoshoots and contribute to creative direction, as needed.
Support social media by contributing to content generation (photos, video, copy) from events, pizzeria launches, and brand moments, working in partnership with appropriate vendors.
Ensure digital campaigns align with local store marketing and brand activations for a unified team direction.
Data & Insights
Support with pulling, tracking, analyzing and reporting on performance across digital platforms.
Provide actionable insights and challenge partners to ensure we are maximizing ROI.
Recommend optimizations and identify opportunities to pivot when needed.
Build regular reporting dashboards to communicate progress clearly and quickly.
Leadership & Collaboration
Work closely with the Director of Marketing to set annual key initiatives and monitor progress.
Act as the digital lead within the team, ensuring alignment with other streams (local store marketing, campaign and brand activations).
Represent the company at events when needed -- approachable, professional, and brand-true.
Take ownership, follow through quickly, and maintain strong communication across teams and partners.
Other related duties as assigned to support the success of the team and organization.
What We're Looking For
Background in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (recent graduate, internship or co-op experience will be considered).
Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools: Google & Meta (ads, analytics), web & app management, POS & loyalty systems. Some understanding of CRM (ie HubSpot offers and reports) is ideal
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
A general working knowledge of Adobe CC Suite applications is valuable.
Creative eye and ability to contribute to content creation.
Excellent project management skills: organized, accountable, fast to follow up.
Empathetic and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills.
Growth mindset: curious, adaptable, open to new opportunities (including AI).
Willingness to occasionally participate at events, pizzeria launches, and photo/videoshoots.
Nice to Have
Some experience or understanding of paid media buying/management.
Familiarity with loyalty marketing and 3rd-party delivery platforms.
Knowledge of AI tools for content, data, and campaign optimization.
Basic design, video, or copywriting skills for quick-turn content.
Experience in hospitality an asset.
