Key Responsibilities



Performance Marketing & Sales Growth


Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI, conversions, and sales impact.

Agency & Vendor Management


Lead the collaboration with external marketing agencies, media buyers, content creators, and analytics partners; ensure deliverables align with business KPIs and brand standards.

Brand & Content Development


Create compelling, conversion-focused content in collaboration with internal design and creative teams; support product storytelling and digital campaigns.

Analytics & Optimization


Analyze performance data (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, etc.), report key insights, and run A/B tests to improve CTR, CPL, ROAS, and customer acquisition efficiency.

CRM, Email, and Retargeting


Manage lifecycle marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve customer retention and lifetime value.

Cross-functional Collaboration


Partner closely with sales, product, and supply-chain teams to ensure marketing efforts directly translate into measurable sales outcomes.

Budget & Reporting


Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently, prepare reports demonstrating clear ROI and contribution to company revenue.

Key Requirements



Minimum 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience

in

North America

, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in the

U.S. market

. Proven track record in

driving measurable sales results

through digital channels.

Agency management experience

: able to brief, evaluate, and optimize the performance of third-party marketing agencies or service providers. Experience on both

client-side (brand/marketing team)

and

agency-side (service provider)

is strongly preferred.

Bachelor's degree or above

in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience in

FMCG / consumer product brands

is required. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience with

Shopify, HubSpot, or eCommerce CRM systems

. Familiarity with SEO, influencer collaborations, and affiliate marketing. Ability to manage multiple product lines and campaigns simultaneously.
